Our 2024 conference will be held at the Hilton Charlotte Airport, a beautiful venue with lodging and conference rooms easily accessible. Just 5 minutes away from the Charlotte airport. There will be shuttles running every 15 minutes. We know you will find your stay comfortable!

The conference center and hotel are conveniently located in the same building at the Hilton Charlotte Airport. You can easily access the conference center by simply heading downstairs through the lobby.

While you're at the conference, there are plenty of attractions to explore. The Billy Graham Library is less than a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the Hilton Charlotte Airport is ideally situated near Charlotte Downtown, where you can visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame, the Mint Museum, take a stroll through Romare Bearden Park, and much more.
